James Mursell offers chair making courses from his workshop in West Sussex, looking over fields to the South Downs just 3 mile away.

Students can make an arm chair in 5 days and a stool in a weekend. No previous experience is needed and over the past 20 years, over 1700 people have all successfully completed their projects!

There is no need to bring anything with you. Tools, materials and generous food/drink during the course is all provided and included in the course fee.

Self-catering accommodation is available onsite.
