Shipping Policy
Items in stock will be posted as soon as possible, usually within 2-3 days. Sometimes there may be a short delay - for example if I am away at an event. If there will be a longer delay or the item you have ordered isn't in stock I'll let you know how long it will take for me to make it for you. If you prefer not to wait I will refund your order.
I usually ship using Royal Mail but occasionally I use couriers. At the moment my standard UK shipping is no charge for full price items.
Sadly, I can no longer accept orders to be shipped to Northern Ireland and the EU.
If you need your order for a specific event or date please let me know and I'll do my best to help and I'll let you know what I can do.
Refund Policy
I hope that you will love your purchases, but if you've changed your mind about an item you've bought from me on this website you can return it for exchange or full refund, provided that it fulfils the following conditions.
(1) You'll need to notify me by email that you intend to return an item within 14 days of receipt, and the item you are returning must reach me within 28 days of the date you received your order.
(2) The item you are returning must reach me in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed, with all of the tags/swing tickets still properly attached to the garment.
(3) If any of the tags or swing tickets have been removed from it, the garment is deemed to have been worn and I cannot exchange or refund it. This means that it's VERY important that you leave all of the tags correctly attached to the garment until you are sure that you want to keep the item.
(4) Return costs are at the customer's expense.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
If you change your mind and wish to exchange your purchase or receive a refund, please read my refund policy on this page.
If you would like to cancel your order before I have despatched it, it can be cancelled and refunded.
If your order is already in transit you will need to return it to me at your expense, as detailed in my refund policy.
Please note that if you order a bespoke item or a special order from me, these items cannot be exchanged or refunded. Examples of bespoke orders are: special sizes (eg larger, smaller, longer, shorter than my normal size), special colours (eg not part of my usual ranges) or other variations. If this is relevant to your order, I will confirm this to you before going ahead.
