Shipping Policy

All Lavan Designer Jewellery is supplied in an elegant presentation box and delivered by Royal Mail recorded or registered post. We aim to dispatch the same day however most orders will be dispatched within 3-5 days, customers are asked to allow up to 28 days for delivery. Lavan Designer Jewellery Ltd shall be responsible for the delivery of goods to the delivery address, but the cost of such delivery, packing and insurance may be charged to the buyer. All Royal mail deliveries must be made to a verifiable postcode and physical address: we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We regret that any ring which is made especially to size cannot be returned for refund, only for resizing. We can send you a ring sizer to keep if you are unsure of your size. PLEASE let us know if you require your gift to be wrapped and with a gift card and message.

Refund Policy

Returns and Cancelled Orders Returned goods will be credited if returned in their original condition, with the original invoice. Goods accepted for return will be credited at the price that was shown on the original invoice. Unwanted goods that are returned for credit that were correctly supplied will be subject to handling charge. We will refund you the full price for the product excluding delivery costs that we paid to post to you we are unable to cover the cost of return postage except where where items are faulty or have been sent in error. All returned goods must be sent by Registered post and within 7 days of receipt.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

28 Days returns policy and exchange or resizing available within that time frame.

Lavan Designer Jewellery was established in Buckingham, England in 1993 by David and Katherine Weinberger and features David and his son Yaniv’s work as a specialist in handmade gold and silver jewellery.

David studied art, sculpture and jewellery design in Israel and over the past 30+ years worked and lived in Buckinghamshire and has successfully used his background as an artist and sculptor to evolve the same love of shape and texture, sensitivity to colour and composition into beautiful and contemporary jewellery.

Each piece of jewellery is handcrafted at his studio using the traditional techniques and the latest technology.

David Weinberger’s unique jewellery collections are renowned throughout the UK for intricate contemporary and classical designs combining gold, sterling silver, precious and semi precious stones ,synthetic and natural opals, and a wide collection of pearls

All Gemstones and diamonds are natural. The opals that we use are all Lab grown opals ( chemically as the natural opals ) they are not imitation.

All Australian opals stated are natural
