    This Wall hanging Sculpture offers an opportunity to enjoy the real beauty of the timber, Yew wood is one of our country’s most figured timbers and probably the most visual in contrast between the white sap wood and the orange/brown heart wood add to that the glorious flowing grain appearing sometimes like contour lines on a map of a mountain range or even fast flowing water, thus making the viewer feel the very movement that they are seeing within such a piece. This was a joy to create !
