What an absolutely stunning piece of wood firstly ,its just a fantastic example of Burred Brown Oak ,I love the earthy olde world feel to it with its burring, knots and aged cracks adding to the real feeling of movement as they ebb and flow through around and over the sculptural carving ,the eyes of the viewer are instantly pulled in all directions as there is so much to see within ,a real statement and commanding piece fit for any room ,and another definite “one off” in my collection of works
