    Shipping Policy

    As each piece is different, it will be sent via Royal Mail and charged according to its weight, or it can be collected for free. Please note that insurance is always recommended, as damaged items are not my responsibility once they're in Transit and cannot be refunded.

    Refund Policy

    If the ceramic artwork is returned undamaged as new, a refund will be issued. The buyer is responsible for return and postage and must be insured. Please note that this returns policy does not apply to items commissioned that are explicit to your requirements.

    Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

    If you change your mind about your order, you can cancel up to 1 day before delivery. Charges that cannot be recovered will be deducted from the refund. If you are unhappy with the item and want to return it, please contact me within 2 days of delivery at doriennejc@gmail.com. You will then have 4 days to return the item to me. The returned items must be in resalable new condition. Buyers are responsible for all return postage costs and must have been insured. The buyer is responsible if the item is not returned in its original condition.
