Shipping Policy

Orders usually processed in 3 - 5 working days and sent by Royal Mail. Outside the UK we use FedEx and quote for postage as required.

Refund Policy

We package things really well, and as a result get very, we few problems with damage through the post. If the box is damaged please take a photograph BEFORE you open it. If something completely disappears in the post I need it in writing that it didn't arrive before I'm able to make a refund or send a replacement. Damaged or lost items will be refunded or replaced. Notification of damage or refund request is required within 7 days of delivery.
