Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us upon receipt of your goods so we may rectify the problem. Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you are entitled to a refund if you change your mind within 7 days of receiving your order. Should you wish to return your purchase, you are liable for the cost of returning the item to us. In all cases we strongly recommend you return the item(s) using a Signed For/Tracked service which includes adequate insurance for you, the sender, against loss or damage during transit. In situations where returns have been sent without such insurance, we are not liable for refunding or replacing goods.
Refunds or replacements can only be processed when we have the original goods in our possession. Should you wish to discuss a return you can contact us by email info@slateandoak.net.
Please note that this does NOT apply to any House Sign, Personalised or Bespoke item ordered. House Signs, Personalised and Bespoke items are non returnable goods.
The product you return must be in perfect condition and be sent in the original, undamaged packaging. In the event that an item is returned using inadequate packaging or is received in a damaged condition you may not be eligible for a full refund. In ALL instances we will assess the condition of the item and/or packaging before making any refund.
