Orders are usually processed in 3 - 5 working days and sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. We do not ship outside the UK. All Royal mail deliveries must be made to a verifiable postcode and physical address: we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Refund Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy for item(s) that are in the same condition that you received them. You are responsible for postage, shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note, earrings and orders that have been custom made are exempt from our return policy:
