Refund Policy
If you require a refund you must get in contact with us within 3 days of delivery to discuss your reason for requesting a refund which once agreed will be returned via your original payment source.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Please contact Fine Handmade Boxes immediately if there is a problem with any delivered items. To arrange a return please email ian@finehandmadeboxes.com immediately with your reason for returning the item. Any return item must be received in perfect condition within ten days. Returns cannot be accepted for any items that have been personalised.
