Shipping Policy
All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail normally within 24 - 48 hours. For security purposes, all items are sent recorded tracked delivery therefore someone must be in to sign for the goods or a card will be left. Please note that if you do not arrange re-delivery or pick up the parcel and the parcel is returned, you will be charged for a second delivery. Also note that these are guideline delivery times.
Refund Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase and the item has not been worn, or if it is faulty, you may return it within 28 days of purchase. Please note that we cannot exchange or refund earrings (for hygienic reasons) or any custom made or custom sized items.
The item needs to be returned in its original packaging with proof of purchase and a note of your reason for return. We will be happy to exchange or refund the item (excluding the postage charge). We reserve the right to replace, repair or refund the item upon inspection. It is recommended that you send the item back recorded delivery because we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
