Shipping Policy
All UK goods are sent using Evri courier service.
When an order is received, we do everything we can to despatch it as soon as possible. We advise you to allow 10 days in case we are away, but most of the time it is sent much sooner than this. If you urgently require your order, please let us know by telephoning 07971 106628 and we will endeavour to arrange express delivery to you. Additional charges may apply for express delivery.
Refund Policy
If you receive your order and you are not entirely happy with it, please telephone the studio on 01789 773526/07971 106628 within 7 days and we will endeavour to sort out any problem. We will always give you a full refund you if it cannot be resolved in any other way.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
If you cancel an order after it has been posted or wish to return an item because it is not what you expected we will offer you a refund on its safe return but would kindly ask you to cover the postage.
If you bought in error or have bought a duplicate item we will happily exchange on the safe return of the original item.
