Shipping Policy

We send all UK parcels by either 1st class 'signed for' post or courier for larger parcels.

Refund Policy

if you require a refund you must get in contact with us within 3 days of delivery to discuss your reason for requesting a refund which once agreed will be returned via your original payment source.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Breakages - you are required to send proof of broken object & packaging as soon as you receive your order in order for us to send replacement/refund your order(for one off items) Change of mind: Return/Exchange - please contact us within 3 days of delivery to discuss exhanging your order, buyer must pay return postage & we will charge postage at cost for next item to be posted out. Cancellation - orders can be cancelled until posted, after this point your order will need to be returned at your cost for a refund of the item price.
