You will be advised by e-mail if we anticipate your item cannot be delivered in the time frame outlined above, or if a unique item has been sold elsewhere and is no longer available. Only UK Residents may cancel their contract to purchase goods within 7 working days of placing the order, providing the goods are returned to us immediately in an 'as sold' condition with packaging unopened. In the event of a cancellation under this provision a full refund, inclusive of postage and packaging costs will be given within 30 days of our receipt of the returned goods. Goods must be returned via the Special Delivery service mentioned above. The customer is responsible for return postage costs.
